I had a case of the Monday’s today. Woke up not feeling my best self again 🙄(ms problems). The day was so hectic with medical appointments.
During the day I had to stop, remember and put things into perspective. I finally have something I am working towards that I created.
When you are feeling down, hopeless, unmotivated. Take a self inventory and create a new goal or bigger goal for yourself.
A goal that you can work towards. A goals that’s going to keep you motivated on your not so good days.
Give yourself something to look forward too.
